1. I was blacklisted twice from Ballas without any RP reason or evidence. The accused provided no explanation when asked.
2. Additionally, they removed me from Ballas while we were on our way to a Fort Zancudo raid. Removing a player mid-RP during an active operation is a clear form of FailRP and further abuse of power.

Please review the video, remove the invalid blacklist, and take appropriate action against the leadership abuse.

As per GR 6.3, organization leaders are required to have valid RP reasons or evidence for blacklisting a member. I respectfully request that the accused (ID 124763) provide their POV.

So I blacklisted this guy after he said "Fuck off" in org radio when my deputy was giving mps to come for fz raid. I bymistakely thought that he abused deputy but then my deputy told me that he said the f word cause someone rammed him and he is already at FZ. I unblacklisted him and also told him that it was a mistake. After that one gang member kicked him cause i previously wrote in org radio to kick him for toxicity but both the times it was a misunderstanding and this guy was invited again.

But after this, I gave him rank 8 and then he started to ask for rank 9 but I told him that rank 9 is only for turfers who play gang turf, then this guy started to question my leadership and was provoking me constantly on radio that I don't know rules. After he did toxicity again my deputy blacklisted him and that's all.

Also he is trying to deceive admins by showing such a small pov that he was blacklisted u can also check in his pov when he asked why I blacklisted him I told him "mb" which means my bad. He should show the full pov where he said f word and also when he started to provoke me.

Also, he accused me for Gr 6.3 and showed pov of him getting blacklisted. Brother please read rules again.

As he has mentioned that the player was ramming me, Why was the player who did that not blacklisted but me, after blacklisting me why was i invited into the gang 2 times and then blacklisted each time, As per the rules you are required to have evidence for blacklisting a player, And that is the evidence i would like to see and correct my self upon in future if i am wrong.

I would like to clarify that the claim stating I was fired due to a CSC Note is completely inaccurate. As clearly seen in the video, I was blacklisted manually by a player, not by the Crime Senior Curator. If this removal was genuinely tied to a CSC Note, I respectfully request official confirmation or evidence from the curator panel. Otherwise, this statement is misleading and appears to be a convenient excuse to justify the action. Moreover, I believe the leader of the organization may not have even had POV of the situation before making the decision to remove me, which further questions the fairness of the action taken. Additionally, the reported player has still not provided their POV, which is required under forum rules. Their silence raises concerns, especially when third parties are submitting unrelated or contextless screenshots in their place. Without the actual POV from the accused, there is no valid defense. Lastly, regarding the “STOP” message shown in the screenshots — it was part of an IC (in-character) RP interaction, used to de-escalate a situation or issue a command within roleplay. It was not OOC, abusive, or intended to break immersion. Taking a single message out of context and using it to frame a rule violation is not a fair or accurate representation of what actually happen

First, there is clear contradiction between the deputy’s statement and the leader’s explanation. The deputy claims I said “F stop” to him while he was setting meeting points, yet the leader himself admits in his own message that I was misunderstood — and that I said the F-word in frustration after being rammed, not towards the deputy. The leader also admitted that this was a mistake, and even unblacklisted me, proving that the initial action was not valid or properly understood.





Secondly, the deputy’s current explanation completely contradicts what the organization leader already acknowledged: that it was a misunderstanding, that I was already at FZ, and that I did not target the deputy with abuse. If the original reason was resolved and I was invited back, it seems unfair to bring this up again and distort the narrative with conflicting claims.





Lastly, I was blacklisted again only after questioning the fairness of ranks and structure — which I did over radio as part of roleplay, not out of toxicity. Simply challenging leadership decisions IC does not qualify as “provoking” or “toxic behavior.” If clarification was needed, a discussion should have taken place instead of a sudden blackli

First time, when this guy was blacklisted was due to a misunderstanding by the leader as he thought that this guys was saying "F Stop" to a deputy which was clarified and his blacklist was revoked and invited back into the gang

Second time, he was not blacklisted just kicked by a gang member called Csc Note as he thought that he wasnt allowed in the gang even though i invited him back

Now, when he was added back he started talking about rank 9 which is only being provided to turfers and this guy wasnt in the team + this was like the second or third time i saw this guy in events so we said no but this guy starts disrespecting the organisation and the leader here are the proofs
