I hope you're doing well. I'm writing regarding the ban I received under GR 1.9. I was surprised to see this, as I had minimal activity on the day in question and had left the game earlier than usual. When I logged in later on 17/07/25, I was met with the ban notice (screenshot attached).
Although my previous appeal was rejected, I would like to respectfully ask if you'd consider an alternative punishment. I am fully willing to accept a full money wipe or any other form of penalty, but I kindly ask that my ban be lifted so I can continue playing. I genuinely enjoy the community and would appreciate the chance to continue being a part of it, even with consequences applied. Also I would appreciate if i could know what i did that led to a ban because I do not remember committing 1. . Knowing how i did it would allow me not to repeat it again and be careful from next time.
