Reviewed Ban for GR 6.15 / Mistake warn by admin

I got a warning for the reason GR 6.15 although I accepted a bounty via the Darknet app and then killed it. The complaint was submitted around 7pm and was closed and approved immediately afterwards, which also makes me doubt that the admin is in private contact with the player. The creator of the clip immediately took the clip offline so that I couldn't even see the situation. I can only remember that I hunted bounty against the time but I can't even see for which situation because I assume that the admin didn't notice that I hunted bounty. I hope this can be clarified because I can't see my mistake without a clip and if it came to a rule break (which I don't think) I can't improve it in the next situation.

When you take a bounty on someone, you are supposed to say, "You are my target."

Where does it say that? Even if I have to kill him anyway, regardless of whether the person with the bounty surrenders or not. You can't avoid a gunfight in a situation like this
