These Guys came to me for debt collection when I sit in the car this guy (id-42191) come to me and ask me to put my money in bank and pay the fine,
so I told him to go as its bug abuse and I got bodycam, so he says "NO PROBLEM YOU ARE NEW",
I think he is not scared of punishment and dont follow rules.

yea its bug abuse but non of you did so i cannot punish him for bug abuse because he did not do any of it
