Hello dear Higher ups, i hope you're doing well, i have a complaint about a player ID: 130865, i was standing beside the highway and this guy come and kill me without any demands and without any reason even though i don't have any bounty on my head, after that he give demands to my friend without any rp situation, event or anything else, he gave him demands without any reason. Dear higher ups you guys can see in my attached POV, everything is in detail and clear in the POV.
I hope you guys ll take serious action against this guy and give him what he deserves.
