Good day administration,
I disagree with the punishment I've received due to possible mass rulebreaks from the FIB/NG.
While at the Capitol, I went up to the office to check the commotion. I was then welcomed by a taser shot from 257931, who then decided to cuff me, knowing it is unlawful detention to detain someone with full immunity. I told them whoever tasers me will be arrested, as most, if not all, of the people present know me.
An example would be 168068 saying, "Can someone get the ladyboy out of here?".
I saw a group of LEOs aiming their guns at someone who had their hands up inside the Capitol, a scripted GZ; I got no explanations, no previous organizing by admins/players, no demands to leave, or anything of that sort; unlike a lot of other situations that were organized and we were informed about them such as Unkown Sender, Gang raid on the FIB, Governor killed by Ballas, and many more.
So when 257931 dragged me out in cuffs, USSS detained him for unlawful detention; however, the administrator, while on his twink account 101292, has demanded that he be let go, it might be GR 6.4 or not, not up to me to decide.
When USSS refused to let them go, he then proceeded to not only interfere in the arrest and shout at me and other people, but also was very disrespectful to other state employees.
Minutes later, the administrator logged off their Twink account and logged onto their main account, went with their tag into the situation directly, and punished
I've asked many admins/players about it before. Would a situation similar to this be considered GR 1.8 or not, due to it being an interaction? I was always told that yes, it is GR 1.8; therefore, I'm not sure if the rule applies to admins or not.
I'm not sure if I broke the rules or not, however as far as my knowledge goes, I didn't break the rules, not only because the situation was unorganized and happened for no reason, it also happened in GZ that was not lifted by admins but also they "terrorist" did not have a bio or story explaining the bomb and where he got it from.
I'm asking you to respectfully reconsider this punishment. Inform us if a bio is still needed for Bomb RP, as was stated by Mazhor, and forgive me if I broke the rules due to my lack of knowledge.
