As you see in my POV he is stopping me without any reason asking me for passport and searching me without reason without my permission how he is searching any people without any susceptions or evidences !!

As i know even if he is corrupt he should to have a proper reason to stop people not like this !!

First thing first,
Its not everyday we see savage SAHP officers like these.
Now, the main thing is , searching is indeed an IC issue, especially for LEOs.
The legislation allows a LEO to search any person on Valid suspicion.
But sadly that officer have a corrupt bio that allows him to break IC rules, so he could search you.
Now, the crucial point is no offcier can arrest you without RP reason, thats OOC rulebreak but upon searching, if they got their reason, why not.
