Hey Bobby/Floki/Adham,

Yesterday i posted a forum on FIB for breaking state rule 5.4, for which FIB didn't receive verbal warn but the person who broke this rule and cuffed/patched during the gun fight got warn for fail RP himself and it was even approved by Adham sir himself (Forum approved by Adham).

I posted a forum regarding this and it was rejected by Kevin saying that Detention is ok but arrest is not. I dont understand what is the difference between arresting during gun fight and detaining during it.
My point is that Adham approved that as a punishment but Kevin rejected that for other reason. Rest you can understand by seeing at the forum i posted.

also Kevin said in my forum that situation was seems over, but there was still gun fire sound when he was patching me .
