Approved FAIL RP + CL + GZ 1.3 | 144313, 138552

1) As seen in the first POV ID 144313 ran into the bar to escape from us and then he does CL as can be seen in the 1st POV.
2) In the second POV we had killed him ( 138552 ) outisde of GZ but when we patched him in 3rd POV we can see he doing Fail RP by running in GZ which i think counts in GZ 1.3 as well.

HOPE THEY GET THE PUNISHMENT THEY DESERVE!
