2.1 As I came into city I was attracted by gangs very much because of their events, ghetto clapping, robberies and turfs. I joined a gang and learned everything about gang also have been high command in the gang and lead the events by my own. I always wanted to become a leader of gang and I think Ballas would be the best as it is situated in front of Families and near to arena. It will be easy to do ghetto clapping as many people travels from near by Ballas HQ.

2.2 I saw some gangs who were inactive and hardly able to do weekly tasks, and some even got disbanded because of inactivity and rule breaks. Because there are many challenges a leader has to face to run a gang and I think I am ready to face any challenge/difficulties. I will make sure there should be minimum rule breaks in my gang and keep the gang active 24/7. For keeping the gang active I made many friends from top families, leaders and deputies of past gang who will come and help me and give the proper guidance. I will also keep a huge bonus system by which other people will also be attracted in my gang.

2.3 I want to make my term the most dangerous gang term ever. Everyone will think multiple times before coming ghetto especially leos before ghetto patrolling. I will assign one of my deputy only for ghetto clapping who will ensure that no one should pass ghetto alive. I also want to do 100% turf like in past leaders have done, for this I will find the best turf team. From the starting of my journey I saw that gangs keep fighting each other and leos have wonderful unity. So, I Will Try My Best To Attend All The Events With My Maximum Members.

One of the reasons I like Ballas is because of its headquarters location. In my opinion, Ballas HQ is one of the best gang headquarters in the city because it provides a strong tactical advantage during attacks or gang wars. Enemies only have limited access points when pushing towards the HQ, which allows us to defend our territory more effectively through teamwork and strategy. This makes Ballas HQ perfect for intense roleplay situations and organized gang defense.

I have already participated in Capital Attack events twice. The first time was as a gangster in the Families faction, where we successfully won the event, and the second time was while protecting the Governor with VIB. These experiences helped me understand how important coordination, communication, and leadership are during major RP situations. I can improve the quality of roleplay within the faction by making more realistic and active roleplay situations on a daily basis. I want to make it one of the most active gangs in the city with organised activities like store robberies with proper hostage roleplay, participating in every FZ raid, battleship events, submarine and gang conflicts. At all times, I want the faction to be part of city events and known for high quality & fun gangster roleplay.

MY EXPERIENCE

I have leadership experience from my previous position as Ex-Deputy of Vagos, where I learned many important things about how to manage an illegal organisation in Grand RP. As a Vagos leader, I helped to manage members, arrange gang activities, maintain the discipline of the faction and assist the leader in critical moments like gang wars, raids, robberies and city events. This experience helped me to enhance my leadership, communication, decision-making and faction management skills.
As a constable I also learnt how important teamwork, activity and proper roleplay are to keep a gang successful and respected in the city. I worked with members to keep the faction active and motivated, and I also enforced rules and handled conflicts professionally within the gang.
With this experience gained in Vagos leadership I decided to apply for the Ballas leader term I believe I am ready to lead my own faction successfully. I want to utilise the knowledge and experience I gained as Deputy to create a stronger, more active and better organised Ballas faction. My goal is to make Ballas one of the best illegal organisations in Grand RP with quality roleplay and solid teamwork, active participation in events and proper leadership.
I think my background in leadership roles prior to this gives me a clear sense of how to manage the members and the responsibilities of the faction. 1: To be very honest the only gang I would love to be leader of would be bloods and as a Rank 28 LEO in pretty much every ORG it’s starting to become repetitive and I really do love the gang side so why not and that is what’s ultimately led me to apply for this Leadership .



2: second of all I have been in gangs enough in my going on a year of my Rp life to fully understand what I have to do to have a great and successful term.



3: if we talk about my past exp in gangs I have been ex Deputy of Ballas gang 1x which in my opinion doesn’t matter it’s more about your knowledge of IC and understanding the server Rules ranks have become more important than the the actual RP sadly to say instead of what really matters which really is about having fun and growing friendships and bonds however if I get a chance to become the leader of this org I will make it my sole goal to make it Active and fun for all.





3. Your advice for improving Roleplay level in organization.



1: The first thing and most important thing I will do to improve roleplay in organization is to make sure there is nothing but love and peace there will be no place for toxicity and favouritism in my org.



2: We Will do daily activities such as store robbery FZ Raid Hostage Situation and Max Graffiti + Ballas Leading Ghetto and Clands .



3: To make sure my organization is active I will have atleast one deputy in city at all hour to make sure that my org is active all the time



4: Also would like to add if I get the term, I won't do any turf because It tends to bring a lot of problems like cheaters etc. so yea, I won't give any fake promises because personally I want to focus more on the hostage situation store Robberies and FZ raids and improving the Gang RP

I want to become the leader of an illegal organization because ever since I joined this project, I have enjoyed gangster roleplay the most. I previously played as a high command member in the Families, where I gained valuable experience in leadership, communication, and gang management. Now, I want to lead Ballas because I believe I have strong ideas and plans that can improve the faction’s activity, organization, and roleplay quality. My goal is to create a disciplined, active, and respected gang that players enjoy being part of.

I want to become the leader of Ballas because this gang has always been one of the most iconic and active gangs in GTA history. Ballas has a strong reputation in gang roleplay, especially in ghetto fights and gang wars, which makes the faction exciting and competitive. I also have many good memories connected to Ballas from previous GTA experiences, and leading this gang would be a great opportunity for me to continue that legacy while bringing fresh ideas and stronger activity to the organization.

One of the reasons I like Ballas is because of its headquarters location. In my opinion, Ballas HQ is one of the best gang headquarters in the city because it provides a strong tactical advantage during attacks or gang wars. Enemies only have limited access points when pushing towards the HQ, which allows us to defend our territory more effectively through teamwork and strategy. This makes Ballas HQ perfect for intense roleplay situations and organized gang defense.

I have already participated in Capital Attack events twice. The first time was as a gangster in the Families faction, where we successfully won the event, and the second time was while protecting the Governor with VIB. These experiences helped me understand how important coordination, communication, and leadership are during major RP situations. Now, I want to experience these events as a leader, where I can guide my members, create strategies, and represent my faction during large-scale roleplay scenarios.




3. Your advices for improving RolePlay level in organization.

1.​

I can improve the quality of roleplay within the faction by making more realistic and active roleplay situations on a daily basis. I want to make it one of the most active gangs in the city with organised activities like store robberies with proper hostage roleplay, participating in every FZ raid, battleship events, submarine and gang conflicts. At all times, I want the faction to be part of city events and known for high quality & fun gangster roleplay.

When recruiting members, I will make sure to invite mature and experienced players who understand the server rules and value roleplay. I will ask questions about basic server rules as well as their character’s backstory, such as where their character came from and why they want to join Ballas. This will help create realistic character development and prevent rule breaks caused by lack of knowledge or experience.

I will support and motivate my members by organizing weekly events, competitions, and activities inside the faction. Winners of these events will receive rewards and bonuses to keep members active, competitive, and entertained. MY EXPERIENCE

I have leadership experience from my previous position as Ex-Deputy of Vagos, where I learned many important things about how to manage an illegal organisation in Grand RP. As a Vagos leader, I helped to manage members, arrange gang activities, maintain the discipline of the faction and assist the leader in critical moments like gang wars, raids, robberies and city events. This experience helped me to enhance my leadership, communication, decision-making and faction management skills.
As a constable I also learnt how important teamwork, activity and proper roleplay are to keep a gang successful and respected in the city. I worked with members to keep the faction active and motivated, and I also enforced rules and handled conflicts professionally within the gang.
With this experience gained in Vagos leadership I decided to apply for the Ballas leader term I believe I am ready to lead my own faction successfully. I want to utilise the knowledge and experience I gained as Deputy to create a stronger, more active and better organised Ballas faction. My goal is to make Ballas one of the best illegal organisations in Grand RP with quality roleplay and solid teamwork, active participation in events and proper leadership.
I think my background in leadership roles prior to this gives me a clear sense of how to manage the members and the responsibilities of the faction. I am sure that with my experience, dedication and ideas I can lead Ballas in a professional manner, create an enjoyable environment for all members and represent the faction with pride in every RP situation.

1. I want to make Ballas active in a way that its name alone makes LEOs sweat.. I want LEOs to call for additional units when they hear, Ballas is on the way because of our coordination, strength, and numbers.

2. The purpose of my gang is to have members with superior skill and ability leverage these talents in order to work together as a well-oiled machine to take out law enforcement agencies. We should look official, disciplined and ready to destroy anything in our way, instead of looking like a bunch of disorganized idiots running around; we want to be able to operate as a smart, coordinated and deadly force. I will make sure all members follow the rules and respect Rules. Nothing will compromise the roleplay I want our RP to stay clean, professional, and realistic at all times.
To keep Ballas more active than any other gang, I will plan and organize regular events such as store robberies, gun store FZ raids, highway robberies, hostage situations. The more active we are, the higher the roleplay quality will be, and the stronger our presence in the city,Also There Will Be No Faviourtism In My Presence , Only The One Who Deserves Will Get The Rank. 2.1 : I want to become leader of ballas as I have gained experience in every gang and serverd as high command in every gang also i was deputy in bloods. Now I want to gain a new experience by being a leader and I think ballas will be the best as we all know ballas gang is all time best and I will try my best to enhance the legacy of ballas.

2.2 : Want to make my term the best gang term ever and for that I have many friends from top families, previous gang leaders and deputies who will help me to make my term the best, keeping it super active 24/7, also they will guide me by which chances of rule breaking will be less. I will also keep a pretty decent bonus system by which my gang members will be motivated to do gang activities and we can dominate whole Los Santos.

3) I won't allow favouritism. I will give ranks to deserving people who will show their activities in gang.

4) I will also hire new people to the gang and teach them roleplay from the gang side by which they will have fun and chances of rule break will be less
