2.1 Experience - So as you can see, I have a good experience of NG I became Lt general so I do know how National guards work internally, so I think I can complete 2 terms without any warn and verbal with good activity of soldier.



2.2 Leadership quality - So about leadership quality, as a leader I would like to make a good discipline, teamwork and a good chain of command and it will help NG for a good RP and also, I am a guy who remain calm in situation and solve it properly with good Rp performance.



2.3 Development in soldier - So would like to help the citizen who want to join NG and they are new in the city, I will make a good Human Resource Training (HRT)Team who will help our new soldiers about RP they will give training with the knowledge about how to solve a situation, So this will help our citizen to be a high command not only in NG also in other Organization, That why I would like to be a leader of National guard.

1.Daily training- Regular shooting training with the knowledge of RP command.
2.Logs - Logs will help us for daily activity check it will help me to make my term more active.

2.Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization? (List three reasons with explanation)

2.1 Beginning : I had started my RP life from the beginner jobs and thought to join in the Legal organisation and worked hard and started to lear the rules and implemented in the Rp life a lot and did my level best at each and every moment. So later on i had decided to join in Legal organisation and learned basic rules and went to an interview with full of nervous and failed my interview but HR said you can learn the rules and can come back later. After 24 hours i went to give my interview but she has said i am partially good and passed my interview with basic knowledge. After much time i had learned every step and started to grow in my RP life. Later on i had went to many Organisation such as LSPD, SAHP, GOV, FIB & last but not Least NG. Took part as a good Highcommand in all the organisations with my level best. So later learned little bit and now i am thinking to take National Guard.

2.2 Organisation: In my term i will be making some good changes in the organisation and will be implementing them from the beginning of my term to till the end and everyone need to follow and will be loving them. So i had noticed that all the legal organisation are having least ammos in their ware house and we will be sorting them as soon as possible and will be moving towards the legal organisation and will be discuss with them about the candy run and we will interact with all the organisations personally and will be treating them equally and will be hiring the citizens actively and will make that NG will be Active and will show good activity. Now a days i am seeing that everyone in the organisation are getting the ranks very quickly and during my term everyone needs to earn the rank by giving the proper interview, Have to be active and need to show the proofs as well & finally no favouritism during the ranks and for mistakes.

2.3 Activity & Events : So Generally we need to guard the NG base both North and South gates and i will be make sure that both gates will be covered and will be attending the events with good members and will make sure will be providing our level best to the organisation by giving our efforts and will be enjoying each and performing the situations as the best. Will try to boost the activity as soon as possible and will be developing the organisation growth as well. Will be very professional during the situations and will be enjoying in the organisation when we have free time.

3.Your advices for improving RolePlay level in organization.

3.1 Firstly No Favouritism will be happen. ( Treating everyone equally).

3.2 Makes sure that North and south gates will be covered.

3.3 Will be maintaining Good realation ships with every organisations by attending the situations , For citizens we will be conducting some good events.

3.4 Will be increasing the bonus to the Highly Active members in the organisation.

3.5 My Organisation members will be trained from Trainee to Super Confident Member. ( Its a promise and that why no easy ranks will be given).

3.6 Will be bringing some goods changes in the training and will be giving good knowledge regularly to the Members.

3.7 Will try to boost the max activity to the events and as well as to any situation.

3.8 Finally Everyone needs to Tell that NG ON TOP !!!.


My Departments :

Human Resource: This Department will be taking care about the hiring, Training and they will be giving them a good knowledge about the work and they will be very actively hiring the citizens and will be taking a perfect interview for everyone.

Military Police : This Department will be taking care about the NG base and will be actively Guarding the gates and will be doing patrolling over the base and gives us the information and gives us the location of the gang activites.

Air Force : This Departments holds the Air licenses from the organisation. So they do Air Patrolling to get to know that any activity is going or not and will be giving the prior information to the organisation. And they will be thaking the units very quickly to the any situations very quickly with the help of Helis.

S.W.A.T: This Department need to be very active and need to respond to the global, Locals very quickly and need to protect the NG base with their Tactics and strategies and will be help everyone in the organisation to improve their Shooting skills and will train them perfectly.

Internal Affairs : This department need to do BGC's and need to check the bodycams, Licenses and activety check of the members in the organisation and will be taking care about their personal logs aswell. They need to deal with the bodycam request from the lawyer and need to help the members in the organisation and always need to be very active.

The above 5 Departments will be created and will be allocated the ranks by taking their interview from my deputies and my trustable HR's .


Promotion Cermony :

This will takes place in every sunday and will be gaving the ranks and will be arranging some good events to the members in the organisation and will be giving bonuses on this day and will be honored them with the badges they have earned from their logs and will be asking them for a good changes and will be gathering some meetings and will be giving some good motivation and some funtime to the members.

Ans: - There are too many reasons why I Wanna become the leader of specific organization, but I will list only three over here

a).I have to prove myself with handling National Guards and Increase the Activity of National Guard as per my knowledge now the main Warehouse is filled by truckers and there is less activity in National Guard I will Increase the Activity of National Guard so all The Organization have Armory and they can do their jobs properly without going out of ammunitions and all . I will hire experienced Deputy and make sure my HR will hire active Officers for both Day Shift and Night shift So NG will cover FZ gates and participate all other events like ACC Bank Protection and Subs

b). National Guard is Responsible for Protect the Fort Zoncudo and Aircraft Carrier, and I want to make sure that National Guard will Give Priority to Both Global Events and their Events.

c).I want to Give Experience of Real National Guards to Newcomers it will happen if my hiring process will be changed i will give priority to experienced player as HR and Training Officers and Try to Hire Max New Comers which are active and make sure they will get proper training so they will be active in National Guards and I will Give them medals for activity and duties and make sure that i will not be biased to anyone i will treat all persons equally as Judge do so and prove my leadership . But need to Consider Martial Law there is no chances to impose the martial law now because we have given temp leadership thing but we can do that we can impose martial law for minimum 7 days so player will face Dictatorship or the Martial Law and Improve Court Martial things like Realistically

1. Strong background in legal organizations: I am an active and good-ranked member of legal organizations for a considerable period. I served as SAHP's Assistant of HWP and 2x Chief of staff in SAHP etc. I have worked in the Government as a Finance Officer. In addition, I can handle both Legal and Illegal since I led the Vagos previously and also handled the responsibilities of FIB as DHOD of IA. I think I am ready for progression by taking on the role of General at NG since I have an understanding of how organisations work.


2. Restoring NG's professionalism and activity: I've noticed that NG hasn't been very active lately, and I'm determined to change that. Restoring the professionalism and discipline that an organization like NG needs will be my top priority. I've observed how FIB upholds professionalism, and I'll be sure to do the same here. One of the busiest departments will be my HR department, which will concentrate on teaching staff members how to appropriately handle any circumstance and adhere to RP standards.

3. Encouraging teamwork and good relationships: I will ensure that NG continues to have good relations with other state agencies. Good teamwork and smooth operations are heavily reliant on cooperation and good communication. I will focus on developing a good high command team, managing the various departments properly, and keeping the gates covered. I will give extensive bonuses and rewards to keep the wheels of the organization moving and to keep the members proud and eager to serve in NG

3.Your advices for improving RolePlay level in organization.

3.1 When role-playing, all individuals should be using the proper RP commands, like /me, /try, and /do.

3.2 Sustain the operations of the Human Resources division and ensure that all personnel are given proper training in the way they should act or react as law enforcement personnel.

3.3 All will be treated equally based on their conduct and performance; no undue preference is given to anybody.

3.4 Strengthen the bonus structure to recognize and respect members who are committed and active.

3.5 Regularly organize gatherings and activities with the goal of increasing RP, communication, and teamwork in general, aside from within my own team, but also between other state organizations and even with the citizens.

My Departments:

1. Human Resources: The HR department will be responsible for all the recruitment and training processes. It will ensure that every recruited individual is fully informed about his or her responsibilities towards the company. Human Resource will work on actively recruiting citizens by interviewing them with great care, selecting only competent and well-behaved individuals to join the company, NG. They will also focus on giving new recruits proper guidance and helping them get adjusted to the organization.

2. Military Police (MP): The security of the NG base will fall under the control of the Military Police. These personnel will be responsible for guarding the gates, patrolling around the base, and keeping an eye on suspect and gang-related activities that are taking place around the base. They will also report to the high command regarding any threats or strange movements that have taken place around the base on a periodic basis.

3. Air Force: The Air Force department will be responsible for all activities concerning the air. The members of this department will patrol the skies, having air licenses to spot any suspicious activity in the city or anywhere close to the base. They will also provide air support whereby they will quickly move units to various scenes by using helicopters and other aircraft to respond swiftly and efficiently.

4. SWAT Department: The SWAT Department is going to be the most tactical and responsive unit of NG. Employing tactics and cooperation appropriately, they are going to handle high-risk operations, respond as quickly as possible to locals and globals, and ensure the security of the NG base. SWAT is also going to provide training to other members of NG in order to make them better shooters and combatants.

5. Internal Affairs (IA) Internal Affairs will handle organizational discipline and transparency. This would include BGCs, bodycam reviews, license verifications, and tracking member activity. IA would also take on Lawyer Bodycam Requests and personal logs for each of the members. Their goal is to ensure all the NG officers follow the rules, keep professionalism, and stay active. Under my leadership, all five departments will be created and department heads chosen through proper interviews by myself, my deputies, and trusted HR members.

2.1
As you all know, the NG is considered one of the most important state organization among other, from the last few terms it has been a lot inactive and there have been many issues with it. The soldiers have not been much experienced and we are seeing so many rule breaks. I will make sure to hire experienced individuals and train them properly.

2.2 I had first joined NG and got trained very good by the high commands at that time. I get to know all the basic and important things in the NG. I learned and rose my way upto high command and started leading new soldiers and trained them and minimized the rule breaks.

2.3 After staying in the NG a long time, i think now i am ready to lead my own term and make it the most active term of NG. I have very good and experienced guys by my side who will support me and help me in leading and making it the most active and good term in the history of NG.

3.1
The first thing i will improve is going to be hiring very good and experienced individuals for NG. They will make sure to hire and train people properly so there will be no more rule breaks.

3.2 I will make sure that all the Head Of Departments are very experienced and will make sure their departments run smoothly and they complete there weekly goals and stay active.

3.3 I have been seeing to many favouritism in NG with the few terms that have gone by, that is the major reason the NG has been falling down. I will make sure there is no favouritism so that this NG term will be the most active and go smoothly.

My Departments:

1. Human Resources: The HR department will be responsible for all the recruitment and training processes. It will ensure that every recruited individual is fully informed about his or her responsibilities towards the company. Human Resource will work on actively recruiting citizens by interviewing them with great care, selecting only competent and well-behaved individuals to join the company, NG. They will also focus on giving new recruits proper guidance and helping them get adjusted to the organization.

2. Military Police (MP): The security of the NG base will fall under the control of the Military Police. These personnel will be responsible for guarding the gates, patrolling around the base, and keeping an eye on suspect and gang-related activities that are taking place around the base. They will also report to the high command regarding any threats or strange movements that have taken place around the base on a periodic basis.

3. Air Force: The Air Force department will be responsible for all activities concerning the air. The members of this department will patrol the skies, having air licenses to spot any suspicious activity in the city or anywhere close to the base. They will also provide air support whereby they will quickly move units to various scenes by using helicopters and other aircraft to respond swiftly and efficiently.

4. SWAT Department: The SWAT Department is going to be the most tactical and responsive unit of NG. Employing tactics and cooperation appropriately, they are going to handle high-risk operations, respond as quickly as possible to locals and globals, and ensure the security of the NG base. SWAT is also going to provide training to other members of NG in order to make them better shooters and combatants.

5. Internal Affairs (IA) Internal Affairs will handle organizational discipline and transparency. This would include BGCs, bodycam reviews, license verifications, and tracking member activity. IA would also take on Lawyer Bodycam Requests and personal logs for each of the members. Their goal is to ensure all the NG officers follow the rules, keep professionalism, and stay active. Under my leadership, all five departments will be created and department heads chosen through proper interviews by myself, my deputies, and trusted HR members.

1. Strong background in legal organizations: I am an active and good-ranked member of legal organizations for a considerable period. I served as SAHP's Assistant of HWP and 2x Chief of staff in SAHP etc. I have worked in the Government as a Finance Officer. In addition, I can handle both Legal and Illegal since I led the Vagos previously and also handled the responsibilities of FIB as DHOD of IA. I think I am ready for progression by taking on the role of General at NG since I have an understanding of how organisations work.


2. Restoring NG's professionalism and activity: I've noticed that NG hasn't been very active lately, and I'm determined to change that. Restoring the professionalism and discipline that an organization like NG needs will be my top priority. I've observed how FIB upholds professionalism, and I'll be sure to do the same here. I have worked in many legal organizations and that has lead me to have good experience in leading events and leading my units to victory. I know how to lead the organization with the experience that I have gotten from other organizations and with that experience I know that I can show San Andreas National Guards potential to other organizations.

2.2 I know and belive that if I get the chance to prove myself as a leader that I can show the potential of the organizations to the entire city. I have many people that follow me from organization to organization and with that I know that I can challange fib and lspd's numbers in situations.

2.3 I have seen that National Guard has been struggling in the last few terms. If I become leader I will make National Guard the best organization that I can do. I will do everything in my power to make it the most active organization and not violated and break the rules.

3.1
I will make sure that all the organization members knows the basic rp rules and that they do proper rp at events like store robbery, hostage situation and more events to prevent them from getting individual,org and for them to improve their knowledge.

3.2 I will not allow favoritism regardless of friendships or reputation all members will be required to take the interview and pass the interviews. Ranks will be given based on performance in events, activity and if they have previous experience.

3.3 We will host multiple events for our members to enjoy the rp and have more fun in the organization. We will ask for their opinion and if they fell like it is boring or want to try something we will try to give them what they want. (A) I have a lot of experience in all the organization present in the city like GOV, LSPD, SAHP, FIB, NG etc. and being a part of that organizations I have learned many things like, about how to manage a huge staff, how to keep good relation with others, how to deal with threats, and many more things. And as I was the Assistant General Of Army thats why I have a good knowledge about how everything works and how to manage everything. That's why I think I can be a good leader of National Guard.


(B) Being a former National Guard I have noticed many problems like, the bonus is not given to the soldiers in time by which they lost their interest in National Guard, arbitrary hiring is seen by the HRT department, Proper background check is not done by the Military Police, lack of soldiers during ammo run, the south and the north are not covered properly and many more problems. But if I became the leader of National Guard I will solve all the problem.

(C) As we have seen, since we are in the city that National Guard is not that much actively working in the city. And if National Guard is not active it will directly effect on the other organization ammunition system which is a big issue for all the law enforcement agencies. But in my term I will strongly look into this matter, that is every organization is getting proper ammo or not.



3. Your advices for improving Roleplay level in organization.


Making the HRT department more strong: By making the HRT department strong we can ensure professionalism from the soldiers by giving them proper training by the best trainers. By this small change in HRT department we can improve Roleplay during events.

Avoiding favoritism: Favoritism is commonly seen in every organization by this many deserving soldiers are deprived of getting promotion in due time and also during hiring. But if we can ensure a proper and fair promotion for everyone, then I think we can complete a better term.

Arranging promotion ceremony: By arranging promotion we can ensure the activeness of all the deserving soldiers which will directly effect on their level of Roleplay

Stopping Arbitrary hiring: Arbitrary hiring refers to hiring a person randomly or hiring without proper logs and information of that person. If I get a chance to be the leader of National Guard I will ensure there will be no arbitrary hiring.



The Departments: -



Human Resources and Training- HRT is one of the most important department of any organization, that's why I will appoint a good Assistant General for HRT and their work will be Taking Interview, Give Training, Managing Rooster, and reviewing application.



Military Police- MP will Check Log, insure Activity of soldiers , checking Bodycam ,insuring discipline, Background Check and maintaining relation between soldiers.



Special Task Force- For SOF I will take soldiers who have good fighting skills and their work will be Attending FZ Raid, Store Robbery, Black Market Raid, Doing ammo run and all type of events.

i) At this time, I am currently a deputy of an Unofficial Organization, I am managing my own family person and fullfill them with their basic need as a Leader. Also Currently I have managed Gang members sothat they don't do any mistakes. As a result, I have a quite confidence that I can Handle the Leadership of National Guard.

ii) As I stated before I am a deputy of an Unofficial Organization, I have managed the role of a leadership, still I am quite soft to others sothat I also can relate to otherpersons needed also I don't take any action with a quick judgement to solve any problem. I used to investigate all matters and after hearing everyone perceptions with the proper proof I take actions to solve the problem. And I think this will make me a Unicque Leader for National Guard.

iii) People think that only heavy bonuses can make any organization in TOP. However I don't think so only heavy bonus system will hold the manpower to the particular organization. As a leader, a person must be reachable to everyone. Leader should take reports from highcommands to new recruiter. As a result, The employee will have a faith and love for his leader. and Faith and Love is the most precious power to growup man power to any Organization. in my past experience I made these faith and love to every org where I worked. That's why I think I can my leadership in National Guard.
3. Your advices for improving RolePlay level in organization.
i) As a General, I should enforce extra benefits to those person who will cover gates and also patrol over the whole base to find out bandits. I should make a system that at a particular time how many soldiers on duty at a time. After getting on duty they have to sign them in mails for his on duty register, if anyone findout that a soldier do his duty he will get punishment as IC Court marhsal like pushup and Run around the base in n times. that will increase the RP level in National Guard who ever working in NG will have fun and serious experience at a time

ii) I should make the whole National guard in some departments and should make sure that every department have a great work and dont ever conflict with other departments. in that case the internal bond of every soliders will be equalised. Moreover, I will make sure that every department head will switch there deparment after a time period that will make them to respectfull to each others and they will know how important the unity is. In such a case No-one will lead a easy life in base or hard life in base. that will make everysoldiers in Equal. (Except Airforce)

iii) As a protector of Los Santos, I should maintain my relations with other organizations too . We should often try to call a meeting with other Organization if the city needed more Man-Power to control over the crime in city, we should take permission from the government as a new Law enforce that call Army Patrol with Immediate Action. In this Patrol we will patrol over the city with the NG Trucks and Armed Vehicle that will be too scary for the Criminals to commete any crimes. But Obviously should take care about that we should not create any Imbalance in Criminal and LEO power.

a) RATF (Rapid Action Tactice Force): The marshal power of the Army who will be enforced to control the crimes in the city if the Soldiers need in city during Robbery or Terrorism Situation. Also they will protect the soldiers during Important Mission like ammorun, Ghetto Patrol, gang raids ETC.

b) MP (Military Police): The law enforcer in the base who will ragulates the whole system in the base and will watchout on everyones activity. This Departments main task is to follow up the whole system in base and make the base secure from any external or Internal attacks. They will focus on every activity which will be happend in everyday in base also they will be the incharge to take action on corrupt soldiers or enforce the punishment to any soldiers for there mistakes.

c) HR (Human Resource): The production of Loyal and faithful man-power of National Guard. This department will be responsible for Recruitement and training the basics who wanna Join in National guard. Moreover this department will be responsible to make the basic reports of everyone who are deserving for the promotions.

d) AF (Air Force): The Falcons of the national Guards sky. This Department will be responsible for every Air marshal Power. And from the base they will be the fastest Falcon of the sky to take Units from the base to any Global Situations. Moreover the Air Force will be patrolling over the sky and with there sharp sight they will get the info about the external and Internal enemy for the base.

1. Leader of National Guard

2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization? (List three reasons with an explanation)

I started my legal org journey by joining the National Guard a year ago as a Private, and over time, through dedication and consistent performance, I became the temporary General of the National Guard, but as we all know temp leadership is just for a few days, and that's not enough to implement significant changes within the organization. I aim to make the National Guard more active and disciplined. To make that happen, I am ready to become the General of the National Guard.

As a former Sheriff of SAHP, I learn how to run an organization efficiently, how to motivate officers to ensure smooth day to day operations and maintain discipline. With my former leadership experience, I can handle good relations with other organizations as well as the government. I also possess a good understanding of government operations, having served as a former DHS minister, which enables me to ensure full compliance and efficiency during any state inspection of the National Guard.

I will ensure that every organisation receives candies on time and also prevent the international warehouse from running out of candy by conducting routine checks. Also, I will redesign the bonus structure of the National Guard, which encourages soldiers to cover the gates most of the time. I have planned everything which makes the National Guard great again.

National Guard is always famous for its unprofessional behaviours, like using heavy weapons at circle events, climbing roofs in FZ raids and so on. To prevent that, I will hire the most skilled FTO officers to train my soldiers and make them field ready to handle every situation without breaking any rules.

3. Your advices for improving Roleplay level in organization.

A. National Guard is known to be the most boring organization in the city. To change that, I will organise field training exercises to increase excitement among the soldiers and make them combat ready.
B. I will make sure there will be no favouritism and soldiers get their deserved rank.
C. I will redesign the bonus system and give more focus on gatekeeping, as we all know soldiers don't prefer to do gatekeeping.
D. I will make sure every soldier uses proper RP commands, like /me, /try, and /do.
E. I will create a candy run schedule for better distribution of candies between different orgs.
F. I will conduct joint exercises with different organisations to create an RP situation, which will improve org cooperation.
