(i) The main challenge is the night shift I will hire individuals for that shift Federal Investigation Bureau (FIB) is actively involved in night events such as bank protection, acc, subs, and so on.
(ii) I will make sure that I have the Best Deputies.That they can handle the Organzation in absence of me.
(iii) I will make sure there is no Favouritism.
(iv) I make sure all the Assistant Director's in my org will be knowledgeable.
(v) Hirings and trainings provided by my HR department will be of Good Standard. So that all agents be fully professional.
(vi) I will make sure Promotion Ceremony roleplay will be on my Priority List.
(vii) Making healthy relations with every single organization and I agents complying with all state organization
(viii) Give everyone a fair chance to grow and contribute for Federal Investigation Bureau (FIB)
(ix) I will make sure that Everyone will get the rank they deserve.

2.1 As I have enough experience of leading Legal ORG's As I have been high command in every single organization and leader of NG and LSPD and Gov Organization. I now think I am fit to lead the FIB .

2.2 I personally like state org's from start of my GRP Career and when I joined FIB in Thomas term I really enjoyed like how fun it was to be in FIB and how you can maintain LAW and Order in the city . When I got the same chance in Mickey's term it was really so good for me working UC and leading in situations and making my RP experience more better .

2.3 As FIB plays very crucial role in managing crimes in city and handling other organization as well . It is very duty full task to complete successful term of a organization like FIB and I am willing to do that job .

2.4 Being in Legal Org's from about last 1 years I know how you can lead the ORG's and specially Org like FIB . It will be a challenge for me to complete 2 successful term of FIB and I will like to do that

2.5 Working under different Leaders in different times and different ORG'S . I got my major experience working in FIB under Mickey Uchiha . I really got to know fun of being in FIB , Although I've been in FIB before his term as well but how fascinating it was to work under him .

2.6 My recent term did not ended very well but still I was able to do some reforms where I introduced new law and also made easy for citizens to get Lawyers which played Pivotal role in making Judiciary active and familiar to Citizens of State . So by this I can assure you that I have enough propensity to handle it, also as i had completed two successful terms I can make it sure to complete this term successfully as well .

3. Your Advices For Improving RP level in Organization ?


3.1 As we know for the healthy regulation of the ORG you have to make sure your deputies and AD's of every department should be strong enough to handle any situation calmly , politely , and do not create any commotion , I will make sure my deputies and AD are experienced and strong enough to handle all this situations by themselves .

3.2 If we talk about healthy regulation one more important thing pops up to our head and this is hiring of good agents without any kind of favouritism or corruption . For that your HR dept should be very strong , active . I will make sure My HR dept performs perfectly throughout the whole term .

3.3 Another important aspect of a successful ORG is their IA department should be responsible , active and knowledgeable , I will make sure my IA dept regulates without any corruption and works ethically .

3.4 All the departments pays equal role after all in regulating the Org perfectly I will make sure all the department works perfectly and I will focus on UC as well as from FIB point of view it is one of the most important department .

3.5 I will make sure all the AD's Hired are experienced and knowledgeable and can handle any situation calmly without any hesitation .

3.6 For regulation of Org Promotion ceremony roleplay plays a vital role and for that I will make sure that all the agents who are working hard for the upliftment of the ORG gets the Respect and Reward which they deserve .

3.7 No Toxicity will be defended within the Org and will make sure to give punishment and take severe actions against those who will try to create toxic environment or toxicity within the Organization .

3.8 As we all know FIB leads in every situation but it doesn't means we will be avoiding listening to other LEO orgs . I will make good relations with Other Organizations and will try No commotion happens in between and if happens by any chance it gets solved as soon as possible .

3.9 I will be regulating classes for my agents where they will be getting trained about all the rules and Laws . So they avoid getting any Law Suit against them .

3.10 Last but not the least we all know the org runs with its members but being leader its not just that you complete your daily hour and completing your task . Its about enjoying RP and creating the environment where Members feel that they are enjoying RP . AS a Leader I will give my best , I will try to create a environment where everyone enjoys and I will also do RP and I will not just play to complete my daily hours but also to Enjoy myself .

3.11 Making sure to do most number of Gang raids in my term and with most activity . Ranks uphold the value but not as much as the fun aspect of an organization , the relation you build working with your colleagues and the memories you create while working with them , these 2 month term is not only a workload it gets something off to the game , something which lets you meet with different minds and help you to cope from some Aggravation.

My first reason to become leader of Federal Investigation Beureao (FIB) is my experience in legal organisation and my knowledge about legal organizations.I think I have pretty much experience and Enough knowledge to lead the FIB as a Director.

2. My second reason is I want to make pretty much changes within the organization.I want to do changes in ranking system of the organization then I'll do some special things to bring more people in organization.Ill keep a healthy relationship with all members of the organization.

3. My last reason to become Director of FIB is to take the responsibility to experience challenges and increase more communication skills with people.Also If I succeeded to run the full term it will highlighting and I can proof myself then I can show my efficiency towards people of this city.

Better Training:
I'll introduce a new training system where Human Resources will conduct a Training session every week with new members of organization and They will teach them how to handle situation professionally

2. Reward System:
I'll make new reward system for the members of my organization so they will get more motivated for there job.Ill provide weekly rewards to the active members of my organization.

3. Roleplay Between Organizations:
I'll conduct different types of roleplay with other organizations.Like I'll conduct arena battles with NG then I'll conduct a hoodwatch with SAHP etc.Ill do as much rp I can do with other organisations because it will increase to as well as organization relationship.

4. Control Favouritism:
I'll conduct interview to hire high commands.Ill make interview for every High Command Ranks and before getting it they need to pass the interview for it.Ill make more stronger IA to control corruption and favouritism in the organization.All High Command Interview will taken by my deputy and myself.

i) . I have been playing this project for a very long time and I have spent most of the my RP journey in legal orgs. Gained a lot of experience of state organizations. Now, I want to lead a Full term of LEOs with full power and want to make my FIB term the best that ever existed.
ii) . It was always my dream to be a leader of either FIB or GOV and now I want to full fil it by becoming the FIB leader. We are all aware that the quality of roleplay is declining because so many people routinely violate it. I'm here to raise the level of roleplay because I believe that everyone should behave appropriately in difficult situations. Maybe other organizations would see how much better FIB is at roleplay.
iii) . I would manage FIB and, if needed, recruit new members daily. I want to lead FIB because I can build a strong team to lower crime in the San Andreas. I would run multiple patrols throughout the city. I believe my creativity and calmness would make me a great leader for FIB. I know that leading this organization is tough and carries a lot of responsibilities. However, I am confident that I can handle it with my team and my skills.

3. Your advice for improving the Roleplay level in the organization.

:- I have been in FIB for a long amount of time and I have gained so much experience I have saw many situations that FIB take part in and I have worked with so many past leaders that now I can use that experience to make FIB better and as I have been in fib for A long time I have seen mistakes by leaders and FIB itself and I have also observed that there is a room for improvement.

:- As I mentioned before about the room for improvement one of the improvements which I will do is improving system of logs and activity checkup and log checkup some of the leader which I have worked with don't actually focus on this that much and not having a good internal affair team which actually decrease the activity for their term and I want the activity of FIB to be highest in the city.

:- As I said before that I have been part of FIB for a long time 10 terms to be precised and I have noticed that nowadays Department within fib are not being active and not doing anything which they are supposed to do which is not good for a organization like FIB and I have also noticed one thing that only one department is carrying FIB whole term and I want to improve that I don't want only one department will carry the whole fib.



3. Your advices for improving RolePlay level in organization.

1) Improving department work:- The department within FIB as I mentioned before they are not active so to actually make them active I am going to give them motive to actually keep the department running properly rather than issuing punishment which will also increase the RP quality of FIB with making the departments active.

2) Introducing new procedure:- So in my term I will be introducing some new procedure so that it will improve RP within FIB and also because of the new procedure more people will be interested to join and work in FIB as they never experience this kind of RP/procedure in FIB and I will be also introduce new procedure for every department so that it could be fun for everyone and I will also improving the procedure of normal FIB activities.

3) Promotions and bonus:- Even after improving things like procedure it won't be that good of use if I didn't consider about promotions and bonus at the end of the week if there will be a promotion ceremony the units will work harder expecting they are going to get the reward for their hard work at the end of week which is improve FIB activity and the organisation itself and we also cannot for forget about bonus giving unit bonus will also increase the activity and having a organised bonus system prevent confusion while handling out bonus which will improve the organisation.

Fairness and Equality - People in my organisation will be treated properly, fairly and according to the laws. If you make a mistake, doesn't matter whether you are my friend, partner, family member you will be punished the same way as others. Lower ranks are not expected to have as much knowledge as their higher ups therefore the severity of the punishment most likely will be based on rank and the expectation of that persons awareness about the mistake.

Leader on the Field - Im not scared to be on the field and make a mistake. Im mostly a cautious person and i believe my punishment history proves that well. However, if i do make a mistake and get my organisation punished that is still not enough for me to concerned because im an RP person. I will get that punishment removed and move on. I will be patrolling with my people, assisting other organisations, guiding/teaching people things that they don't know. Whatever happens, one of my priorities will be "having fun as much as possible while we still can" and make memories with quality people. Therefore those people will always see their leader on the field with them. Threats by other people or organisation targetters are not enough to scare me because i simply do NOT care.

Personality and Curiosity - I've always wondered how does it feel like to be a leader of an organisation as well as what kinda organisation would come up if i were the leader. As i mentioned previously, im an RP person and im not really interested as much as others in materials like money, bp tasks etc.
Im the kinda person that likes to move like a real SWAT team that you see in those movies. I like being official as well as acting professional. I also do know how to have fun when i need it. I think a person like me can be a good leader and i believe i proved my worth back in the days.


3. Your advices for improving RolePlay level in organization.

1 - Most of the people do not use the "mugshots" just because either they don't know or it's not specified in the procedures in the law. I will encourage people to use it.
2 - Most of the people do not interrogate suspects once they detain&arrest them. Everyone just wants to put people in prison and do the same thing for the rest of the day. Interrogations might get you a great information as well as a great RP moment/memory. Those interrogations will take place at FIB headquarters designated rooms for "interrogation purposes".
3 - Most of the people do not use flare signal guns, which i believe one of the most important strategy tool/key to success. It all depends on how and when you use it.
4 - Team Play is also one of the things that brings success in special operations, im planning to have different teams with different captains for those teams instead of having all people stay at one place. Those captains will communicate with each other and myself to have cleaner radio and prevent miscommunication. (In case this does not work, we will divert the roleplay according to the scenario and adapt to situation.)
5 - Professionalism at its peak - I consider myself as professionalist, briefly everything has to be perfect and go smoothly. Of course mistakes happen, we will show leniency when its actually needed. However, i do not want to see any childish screams, shooting each other at organisations, using constant profanity and humiliation, doing corrupt stuff while not having a bio etc.
6 - Law Encouragement - If possible i would like to schedule meetings and classes with Department of Justice/Department of Education "ICly" to keep my agents aware of the procedural actions such as detention&arrest, search of a private property.
7 - Shooting Practice and similar activities - Back in the days when i was USSS Director in city 1, i used to take my agents to National Guard shooting range to practice our shooting while setting a time limit. Im planning to do same here.
8 - Advanced Convoy - FIB has federal jurisdiction therefore can easily assist other organisations within their own jurisdiction. I will try to arrange patrol convoy with other organisations time to time. (Im not talking about Ghetto Patrol.)
