Ans: I have really enjoyed my time in RP and it has taught me a lot about the server and how things work from a players vision. Ans: One of the biggest strength is staying calm in any situation. I try to listen and watch from all the prospective before jumping to any conclusion. 1. Why do you want to become an admin and leave RP-life?
I want to become an administrator and leave rp life because I gained many experiences in the last few months. I spent my most of the time in gangs where I've stayed as a deputy of 4 gangs and that 8 times.

I was a part of every gang and now I am Leader of my unofficial organization which help me to gain knowledge about crime. I want to utilise my knowledge to help this server.

As a Leader of White Hill Mafia fam and former deputies of gang I have a lot of experience and want my best to give to EN 2. I am very dedicated and wanna work around with this team tbh.

What are your strengths?
Talking about my strengths, I have many actually.
I am a very hardworking person, with good communication skills, dedication, I tend to work for the betterment.

I have really great adaptive behaviour and I always crave for new knowledge from my higher ones who help me to expand my knowledge and perform to my best.

I am patient along with being a good team worker and I can help this team to be the best in the future if I get the opportunity.

What are your weaknesses?
Generally I don't have many weaknesses but for now, I am quite friendly with people around me and I tend to move towards them but I am changing myself for which I will not repeat it. Sometimes being repetitive can be a weakness for me but that is the thing which I manage and I will definitely do it for this admin position.

What skills can you bring to the admin team?
As I mentioned that I am a hardworker and a team worker, I want to help this admin team with these skills.

I am also good in management things so that I can help the administration of EN 2.... I am very dedicated and listener to my senior people.

I am really interested to get this opportunity as it will give me responsibility and I am very much interested about it to bring a new change with my skills of not just management but also decision making one.

I want to be an admin because I've done everything as a player roleplaying, and now I'm ready to give back to the community by assisting new players. I have learned so much. I have participated in almost every organization and have extensive knowledge of how the server operates. -Ive been playing Grand RP for almost 3 years and have served in many organizations as high Command over this time Ive gained a strong reputation and contributed to a lot of things that many players havent had the chance to do my goal has always been to take the term of leading an organization, but right now I can’t because I don’t have the same resources or support as others who already run organizations. many people say being an admin is not fun, but in my opinion if I cant fully enjoy the city, then it’s better to step into the admin side and bring changes that can improve the experience for everyone as an admin iwould focus on fairness, balance, and making sure every organization and player gets the same chance. I’d work to support new players, improve RP quality, host unique events, and make the city a better place for the whole community

I’m usually online in the morning a few hours after restart, which is a time when fewer admins are around this gives me the chance to take care of players during those quiet hour im also active in the afternoon, so I can assist both the other administrators and the players when the city is busier overall, I can bring fairness, problem-solving skills, good RP guidance, and active support at different times of the day my goal as an admin would be to create a friendly, balanced, and enjoyable environment where every player feels supported
