1.Why do you want to become an admin and leave rp life?
I played more than 2500hours as a civilian and as a law enforced officer, I love to be a LEO but after 2000hours I got enougt, I want more, a more active "job". Thats why I decited to make my application to the admin team. I decited to be a serious admin. This is my "2nd life", I spend more time with grand rp than my real life, I like to play that game and this is why I want to combine the playing and the working(Helping peopel).I feel the server is groving and thats why its need more staff(admin) who can make that city playable and safe for the newbies and for the players too.

2.1.I want and I can learn new thing. I know in the beginning I need to learn new things and spend more time in front of my computer but this is why I want to be an admin to learn new thing and to utilize that things in practice.
2.2.I have the skill to comunicate with peopel and understand them. I spend soooo much time in legal org and when I made a trafice I learned in my body, I need to understand the peopel and think like they think about me or about the thing(e.g. rules/law)

I have been part of this project for more than 2 years 11 months and during this journey I know every rule, how the system works, how the community is. I have seen the server evolve and improve and I feel genuinely that I can help something in that. I took a break and now I am back with the energy to get in admin team and help those who need. Regarding leaving RP-life because in RP-life I am experienced almost everything that I can. I been in gangs like bloods and marabunta during Skye blu's term and in state I have been in EMS for 4 terms in Blu blu, Skye blu, King Ilya and someone I dont remember. Honestly, I feel like I've hit a ceiling in RP. I'm more interested now in making the server better for everyone than just focusing on my own character's story. Leaving RP-life lets me be totally fair and put all my time into helping the staff team and resolving reports without any bias.
