-Ive been playing Grand RP for almost 3 years and have served in many organizations as high Command over this time Ive gained a strong reputation and contributed to a lot of things that many players havent had the chance to do my goal has always been to take the term of leading an organization, but right now I can’t because I don’t have the same resources or support as others who already run organizations. many people say being an admin is not fun, but in my opinion if I cant fully enjoy the city, then it’s better to step into the admin side and bring changes that can improve the experience for everyone as an admin iwould focus on fairness, balance, and making sure every organization and player gets the same chance. I played more than 2500hours as a civilian and as a law enforced officer, I love to be a LEO but after 2000hours I got enougt, I want more, a more active "job". Thats why I decited to make my application to the admin team. I decited to be a serious admin. This is my "2nd life", I spend more time with grand rp than my real life, I like to play that game and this is why I want to combine the playing and the working(Helping peopel).I feel the server is groving and thats why its need more staff(admin) who can make that city playable and safe for the newbies and for the players too.

2.1.I want and I can learn new thing. I know in the beginning I need to learn new things and spend more time in front of my computer but this is why I want to be an admin to learn new thing and to utilize that things in practice.
2.2.I have the skill to comunicate with peopel and understand them. I spend soooo much time in legal org and when I made a trafice I learned in my body, I need to understand the peopel and think like they think about me or about the thing(e.g. rules/law)
2.3.I can work in team. I know its a "necessary skill" to be an admin, you are making decisions together. I am a persone who can build a comunity. I know when can I be funny and when can I be seriues.

Overthinking-When I am doing somthing I overthinking, usually I check something more than 1 times and when I did something I also check it. I mean e.g. I make a thread I check it 2 time when I create it and after the I post it and check it again.
