   Ans:-I want to become an admin because I genuinely care about the community and want to contribute to maintaining a fair, organized, and enjoyable environment for everyone. My time in RP has been an amazing experience that taught me a lot, and now I feel ready to take on a role where I can give back in a bigger way—by enforcing rules, helping new players, and resolving issues that impact the overall gameplay.

   Ans:- One of my greatest strengths is communication. I express myself clearly and in a way that’s easy for others to understand. 1.Why do you want to become an admin and leave rp life?
I played more than 2500hours as a civilian and as a law enforced officer, I love to be a LEO but after 2000hours I got enougt, I want more, a more active "job". Thats why I decited to make my application to the admin team. I decited to be a serious admin. This is my "2nd life", I spend more time with grand rp than my real life, I like to play that game and this is why I want to combine the playing and the working(Helping peopel).I feel the server is groving and thats why its need more staff(admin) who can make that city playable and safe for the newbies and for the players too.

2.1.I want and I can learn new thing. I know in the beginning I need to learn new things and spend more time in front of my computer but this is why I want to be an admin to learn new thing and to utilize that things in practice.
2.2.I have the skill to comunicate with peopel and understand them. I spend soooo much time in legal org and when I made a trafice I learned in my body, I need to understand the peopel and think like they think about me or about the thing(e.g. rules/law)
2.3.I can work in team. I know its a "necessary skill" to be an admin, you are making decisions together. I am a persone who can build a comunity. I know when can I be funny and when can I be seriues.

Overthinking-When I am doing somthing I overthinking, usually I check something more than 1 times and when I did something I also check it. I mean e.g. I make a thread I check it 2 time when I create it and after the I post it and check it again.

1. Why do you want to become an admin?

1.1) I have been roleplaying in this city for over months now. I have participated in many events as well. I've been in gangs, I've been in legal orgs. Now I believe it is time for me to help others in the city. Ensure they are following rules, RP is going on, and make sure they are enjoying themselves while spending their time in city.

2. What are your strengths?

2.1) My communications skills with other people are good, and I speak fluent English and Hindi/Urdu. This will help me quickly solve situations with the players to avoid missing out on RP action!
2.2) I am against favoritism and fair to all people no matter who they are or where they are from.
2.3) I am also good at time management.
2.4) I dedicate myself to do something I begin with; for example, I started in LSPD from rank one and now all the way to deputy leader in (1xSAHP, 2xLSPD ,1x temp leader LSPD ) in legal org and in illegal org 1x Deputy Leader in Families and 1x Ballas Deputy. I have been on the server for more than 2 years and during this time I have seen a lot of RP situations, events, and player behavior. I have been High Command in multiple families and also HC in gangs, which has given me strong experience and understanding of how the server works.

1.Why do you want to become an admin and leave RP-life?
I have been part of this project for more than 2 years 11 months and during this journey I know every rule, how the system works, how the community is. I have seen the server evolve and improve and I feel genuinely that I can help something in that. I took a break and now I am back with the energy to get in admin team and help those who need. Regarding leaving RP-life because in RP-life I am experienced almost everything that I can. I been in gangs like bloods and marabunta during Skye blu's term and in state I have been in EMS for 4 terms in Blu blu, Skye blu, King Ilya and someone I dont remember. I have also been in LSPD, SAHP and FIB now I am in NG to gain the experience I need to know more.

Honestly, I feel like I've hit a ceiling in RP. I'm more interested now in making the server better for everyone than just focusing on my own character's story. Leaving RP-life lets me be totally fair and put all my time into helping the staff team and resolving reports without any bias.

Rule Master: I know the rulebook inside and out. I understand the why behind the rules, which helps me make better judgments.
Keep It Cool: I stay calm when players are yelling or frustrated. I don't get defensive and focus on solving the issue.
