I joined this project last year and I would like to point out how amazed I was in here. When I joined I didn't know any rules but eventually I learned them. I was High command of Many legal organizations. I've learned a lot of things, gained many experiences and made alot of friends. I've accomplished soo much in this project and now its time for me to step up and in to the amazing team of admins to assist the fellow new and current players to enjoy RP life and help them gain what I have achieved.

Why do you want to become an admin and leave RP-life?
I already reached my IC goals such as becoming a unieqe and succesfull legal org HC's. Getting involved with administration doesn’t amount to an RP-related growth for me rather it represents a role for me to take up. I am willing to forego RP-related fun in favor of protecting a broader RP experience for everybody involved.

What are your strengths?
I remain calm when situations get out of hand. I do not jump to conclusions, considering situations before acting on them. I show consistency, as when I start implementing a rule, I apply it in a similar fashion every time. In addition I do my work with endless dedication.

What are your weaknesses?
I devote extra time for situation analysis in order to be accurate. Although this technique helps me avoid mistakes, I understand that there exist situations where I have to make decisions quickly. I am working towards a balance between accuracy and quickness while not sacrificing equity. ( You can be sure I will find the balance between of these two ways )

-Ive been playing Grand RP for almost 3 years and have served in many organizations as high Command over this time Ive gained a strong reputation and contributed to a lot of things that many players havent had the chance to do my goal has always been to take the term of leading an organization, but right now I can’t because I don’t have the same resources or support as others who already run organizations. many people say being an admin is not fun, but in my opinion if I cant fully enjoy the city, then it’s better to step into the admin side and bring changes that can improve the experience for everyone as an admin iwould focus on fairness, balance, and making sure every organization and player gets the same chance. I have been playing in this project since 2023 and i think it is time to become an administrator for me because i have gained a lot of experience from my rp life and i have been trying to become an admin since a long time. In EN1, I have even been leader of organizations from both sides (The Families and SAHP) and i believe that it has to be the last point about my rp life. I also like to help people as much as i can and if i become an admin, i will be able to help and assist people easily and the RP will not get worse. = I came back after long time got and now I want to help new players I spent a long time playing RP and now I want to move into a role where I can actually help players. I like handling situations, guiding new players, and keeping things smooth. I understand rules well and I want to use my experience to help the admin team.
