I am playing Grand RP from 2023 and if personly say it was a amazing experience in Grand RP sever which is best server of GTA V rp.
I truly enjoy this server. I learnt lots of things in GRP. Now i wants to become an admin beucause i wants to help new player and gain more experience that would be help me to serve more strength to the server.I love to help new people on the server but now the best way to help new people to being a admin in game.I have good experience of all gangs and all org.

1) Why do you want to become an admin and leave RP-life?​

Answer - I have been playing on this server for a long time and during that time I have experienced many different organizations and roles. I served as Chief Commander in SAHP, and I was also the Assistant Chief Of Police In LSPD And Assistant Director In FIB, which gave me good experience in leadership and management. I have also spent time in gangs and reached good ranks there as well.
After spending so much time in RP and achieving many things, I feel like I want to try something new and more responsible. Instead of focusing only on my own character, I would like to help the community by becoming an admin. I want to assist players when they have problems, handle reports fairly, and make sure the server rules are followed so that everyone can enjoy a good RP environment.

For me, becoming an admin is not about power, but about helping the community and supporting the server.

2) What are your strengths?​

Answer - One of my main strengths is that I stay calm in stressful situations and try to handle problems without getting angry. This helps me listen to both sides of a situation before making any decision.
I also try to stay fair and neutral in situations. I do not like making decisions based on assumptions, and I prefer to check the situation properly before taking action.
Another strength is that I am patient, which helps when dealing with players who might be frustrated or confused about rules.

3) What are your weaknesses?​

Answer - One weakness I have is that sometimes I overthink situations because I want to make sure the decision I take is fair for everyone involved.
I also believe I am good at understanding people’s perspectives. Sometimes problems happen because of misunderstandings, and I try to look at the situation from different angles before reacting.

4) What skills can you bring to the admin team?​

Answer - I believe one of the main things I can bring to the admin team is patience while dealing with players. Sometimes players get frustrated or confused during situations, and I think staying calm and listening properly can help solve many issues. I am also someone who tries to stay active and available, so if players need help or create tickets, I will try to respond as quickly as possible when I am online.
Lastly I try to keep things fair and respectful when dealing with people. I believe treating everyone equally and following the rules properly.

5) Will you be ready to sell your business?​

Answer - Yes I understand this rule and I fully respect it. If I am selected as an admin, I would not have any problem selling or giving up a business in order to follow the server regulations For me, the responsibility of being an admin is more important than owning a business. At the moment I also do not own any business in the server so I am fully ready to sell my any business if i have any.

6) Any IRL issue or situation that is preventing you from being active?​

Answer - At the momment I don’t have any real life issues that would stop me from being active on the server. I am able to manage my time well and can stay active regularly. If any unexpectted situation happens in the futuree I will make sure to inform the administration team in advance so it doesn’t affect my responsibilities.

Answer - I have been trying to become an admin for quite some time because I genuinely want to help the server and its community.    Because after playing for so long I have pretty much done everything and every job possible and I think I have gained the experience to be an admin. I also think that in the RP life to many people are still breaking the rules, I'm looking to fix that. The reason behind this is because I hate it when people get away with things they shouldn't and that is why I would love the oppurtunity to do something about this problem!
