I have been playing on this project for more than three years and have learned everything on my own. 1. Why do you want to become an admin and leave RP-life?
   
   I want to become an admin because i really enjoy helping people and keeping the server fair i already spent a lot of time in my RP life And Learned How the RP works now i feel like i can help the server from another angle and make overall experience better also i like solving problems and dealing with admin tickets.
   
   
2. What are your strengths?
   
   My Biggest strength is patience because i can stay calm in very intense situations and listen to both sides before making decision. I am also active and i learn things very fast i dont really like escalating situation and always try to keep situations under control

   Sometimes I spend too much time trying to make the perfect decision instead of doing things quickly i also overthink small details sometimes but i will improve it

   I Can bring good communication and fairness in the admin team i know how to handle player respectfully and easily even if they are angry at that time i also understand the server rules well i work good in teams and can adapt fast to different situations

1. Why do you want to become an admin and leave RP life?
I want to become admin and leave my RP life because I have got enough experience as being a player and now I want to help the other players by solving their problems, I have gained experience in almost all the gangs and in LSPD, FIB and SAHP. Now, I want to gain experience as being an Admin and help other players and the solve the problems faced by them.I have seen many admins doing hard work and now I want to join them and help the Admin team.
