1. Why do you want to become an admin and leave RP-life?
➽ I have spent a long time on this server and have experienced many different RP situations organizations and events. During this journey I learned a lot from both players and the admin team.

➽ I also had the opportunity to serve three times successful terms as the leader of Ballas or Bloods and FIB also which helped me develop leadership responsibility and decision making skills.

➽ Now I feel that it is the right time to contribute to the server in a different way. Instead of focusing only on roleplay I want to help maintain a fair, enjoyable and rule based environment for everyone. I enjoy assisting players resolving their concerns and making sure rules are followed correctly.

2. What are your strengths?
➽ The strength I have is that I remain cool in any situation. Even in very stressful situations I never become panicked or jump on conclusions. Instead I remain calm and take my time to analyze the situation from both sides and think about the situation deeply I believe staying calm helps me make fair and better decision.

➽ Another strength of mine is that I stay committed to what ever responsibility I take on I adapt everything quickly stay focused on my work and enjoy working with others and learn new things to improve my self to in future achieve the best possible results.

3. What are your weaknesses?
➽ one of my weaknesses is that I over analyze things when I have made a hard decision. I usually do this because I want to know whether I did everything the right way. It takes me quite some time to recover from such things but at least I gain experience from them.

➽ Moreover I am a very trusting person and this has resulted in several conflicts due to misunderstanding. With time however I have learned how to be cautious about things and check the information before coming to any conclusion.

➽ I believe weaknesses are mostly found in people those who are lazy person they didn't have a knowledge and understanding and a smart person always tries to turn every situation into a strength and that is something i personally follow this rule in my life.

➽ One of the skills that I can contribute to the admin team is effective communication. I am familiar with the rules of the server and I have experience in RP through my previous activities in the game.

1: Why do you want to become an admin and leave RP-life?

I have spent quite a bit of time playing on Grand RP and I am willing to commit myself to doing something more productive and useful for the server, such as being an admin. I want to help people out and resolve problems for others. I am prepared to give up the life of RP, and join the admin team where i know I can achieve more by having such responsibilities, helping out players more, and also dealing with rule breakers in a more appropriate manner.

2: What are your strengths?

I’d say my main strengths are communication, patience and staying calm in difficult situations. I’m also good at listening to both sides before making a decision instead of immediately judging someone. I work well with other people, I’m organized and I’m willing to learn from mistakes.
3: What are your weaknesses?

Sometimes I do overthink scenarios as i do not want to make the wrong decision, however i will make sure that the outcome and decision is fare. I am very talkative and approachable once comfortable. I am always looking to improve, so I ask for advice from others or any higher-ups when I need it and I am willing to trust my judgment.

I can bring good communication, teamwork and problem-solving skills. I’m able to stay calm when people are frustrated and I would always try to handle situations fairly. I’m also active, reliable and willing to put time into learning the rules properly. I would be happy to help with reports, player issues and events whenever needed.

I spent a lot of time in law enforcement learning how organizations work, how to manage people, and how to keep things running fairly. Now, I want to step out of regular roleplay and use that experience to support the server properly.
