So for a while now I have been taking a huge role in both legal and illegal organizations, I feel like I have good enough knowledge to make me the best of the best of the person I am.

I have been a part of this project now from almost the start of this project, I feel like I know at least everything I need to know to be the best leader to make a successful term. I have many times needed to take control of the org that I have been in when leaders have been absent to make sure everything will go smoothly. When doing that it has given me a lot of rules and experience to take into consideration.

The reason I am applying to Marabunta Grande is because it was one of the first gangs I joined when I first came into the city. It gave me a lot of warmth and strengths, I would like to give back to the community by helping new people in the city by giving them the experience they need to possibly be their own leader sometime.

So firstly, I will have 2 Deputies that handle the hiring and event leading to make sure no rulebreaks happen.

I will have 1 deputy to handle the turf.

And the 4th deputy will be a first-time deputy I can learn to be a great deputy.

So how this will work is that the 2 main deputy leaders will manage the gang like they were the leader to optimize their experience so they could apply at a later time, but also to be trusted that my term will be successful. They will and need to give interviews to everyone that wants to join to make sure they can uphold and know the server rules.

And I see myself now it's not the same as before when joining a gang, because now you will straight up get an invite to the org without any interview and that's why I think it's a lot of rulebreaks now.

Reason 1 My RP Journey & Experience

I started my roleplay journey in the crime faction by joining my first gang, Vagos. There, I enjoyed playing, made new friends, and learned the server rules as well as gang rules. With time, I understood how criminal RP works and how important teamwork and discipline are inside a gang. This experience built my foundation and helped me grow.

I have also served twice as Deputy — once in Ballas and currently in Vagos. When I joined Marabunta, I was Under Deputy, and since then my goal has been to rise through dedication and prove that I am capable of leading.

   (2.1)I want to lead Marabunta Grande because the day I switched from legal organization to gangs i felt like there is so much potential here which is not being used at all.
   (2.2)My first ever gang was marabunta, there I realized there is so much more opportunity for role play then compared to legal organization right now i've noticed most of the people choose legal organization because of getting salary every hour and low risk, while gang member constantly deal with arrests and fines. I came from LEO, so I understand that system and how to work around it.
   (2.3)When we talk about dominant gangs in ghetto, name of ballas or bloods comes up to our mind.... I want to change that, i want people to be scared before entering ghetto that they might get ambushed by the best ever Marabunta Grande gang the city has ever seen.    My goal will not be to fill my gang with lots of people, but to fill it with deserving people who are willing to do roleplay, and daring enough to bear the consequence of the roleplay. I will be recruiting guys with prior experience and i will not give second chances to those who fails to do proper roleplay. I've been playing for almost 2years now and roleplaying is one of the major concerns in the roleplay server. I will actively work on great quality roleplay. High command ranks will be given to the best roleplayers and with the right skillsets. I will strictly stick to the rule of the server and make sure my gang does it aswell.

• I have seen it many times where good gangs get closed just because the Leader is lazy or he dont care about his boys. I want to show all citizens and the admins what real Leadership looks like. • In my term there is no place for any toxic behavior. If i catch someone being rude in ooc or fighting like kids on the gang radio i will kick them immediately without thinking twice about it. We will show respect to everyone even our enemies and play fair game always. Toxicity is what ruins a gang from inside and i simply wont allow it.

• Nowadays many people giving invites without any testing, and that is why so many rulebreaks happening in city. I will make sure every single member must pass a proper interview. If they dont know Ghetto rules or how to use basic commands, they will not get the Blue vest from me. No test, no invite.

• I want to make sure every graffiti you see in the city is painted Blue, which says Marabunta Grande. I will make my graffiti team very active. We will be the most active gang in the ghetto and everyone will be unconscious when they see us.

• Lot of players want to do crime but they just dont know the proper structure yet. I will personally take time to train my guys so they know how to behave in big events and keep the RP level high.    (2.2)My first ever gang was marabunta, there I realized there is so much more opportunity for role play then compared to legal organization right now i've noticed most of the people choose legal organization because of getting salary every hour and low risk, while gang member constantly deal with arrests and fines. I came from LEO, so I understand that system and how to work around it.
   (2.3)When we talk about dominant gangs in ghetto, name of ballas or bloods comes up to our mind.... I want to change that, i want people to be scared before entering ghetto that they might get ambushed by the best ever Marabunta Grande gang the city has ever seen. I want the cops to get the feeling that "it must be Marabunta Grande" whenever they hear about a store robbery or hostage situation. I want my gang to dominate illegal roleplay.
3. Your advices for improving RolePlay level in organization.
   My goal will not be to fill my gang with lots of people, but to fill it with deserving people who are willing to do roleplay, and daring enough to bear the consequence of the roleplay. I will be recruiting guys with prior experience and i will not give second chances to those who fails to do proper roleplay. I've been playing for almost 2years now and roleplaying is one of the major concerns in the roleplay server. I will actively work on great quality roleplay. High command ranks will be given to the best roleplayers and with the right skillsets. I will strictly stick to the rule of the server and make sure my gang does it aswell.
   My goal is to make Marabunta Grande worth choosing over legal organisation just because of the quality of roleplay we will be doing, with planned crimes, well managed hostage situations and store robs and will organize the gang in such a way where every members stick together and care about each other, stay active, and basically the typical organized gang from any criminal webseries, I want to build a gang that leos will be scared because of our unity will allow us to give and take lives inorder to save our gang members!

• When I came in the city, the first org that i joined was a gang and since then I have gain many experience on how to run a gang smoothly and actively. And currently i think I am prepared to be a Leader.
• I have many friends in city who have deputy and leader experience in different Org which will help me to run the gang in my Presence as well as in my Absence.
• As a gang leader, it comes with huge responsibilites and I will make sure to dominate whole city with frequent store robberies, hostage situation, FZ raid and with other activities.
