Rejected Rejecting forum without proper reason

As u see Gr 6.14 is said we can rob only gun ammo cash and balaclava but one guy robbed my vehicle scanner and lock pick set so I posted the forum against him after that they rejected my forum reason ( they can rob anything which is seen illegal) so plz look this forum and give proper declaration
