I was roaming near Black market as undercover to get some 10-15's but This guy ID : 118232 made it impossible he came and ram the fib vehicle twice which was not intentional for which i can arrest him for reckless driving and then unintentionally got into another car it was not his problem but Still he was in speed which also makes a little fault leave i can still arrest him for reckless driving so i gave My buddy demands to come outside of vehicle he was asking if there is problem he must know what he was doing but he tried to ran away and did code a thinking he can avoid the arrest time in prison but he will still serve the arrest time .
