i reported it to admin Vecna Fedorov said he will be punished and then he was just muted

but sir i think that guy is too much toxic already in the server and he never stops
for such a guy mute is just to easy punishment
and these day everyone for just even saying stfu got banned and his guy who is alr too toxic and keep breaking rules get just a mute i dont think its fair
