a).I have been part of most of the legal and illegal organisation from the trainie rank to ACP and AG same for gang also I learned everything from the HC of the organisation some time my mistakes teaches me a lot.

b). And I had seen in most of the gangs there are 30 peoples but still they lose thats not because most of the people are not good at shooting or else it's totally depends on the stretegy and coordination if have the leadership i will not depend on the number we will be performing every event with strategy and coordination.
c). I mostly seen in many gangs that they actually didn't know the general rules they are shooting inside there hq without demand do vdm ,cr and many kind rule break which actually effect the roleplay to avoid these things me and my deputies will make sure that everybody knows basic server rules there interview will be taken and there wrong answer will be correct by explaining.

1.I'll make sure that there should be no toxicity no racism in the organisation.
2.To achieve 100% turfs for the whole term .
After spreading our terror in the city we will be doing capital attack
3.I'll try my best that we will participating all kind of event per day including subs,store robbery,gun store robbery,hostage situation, highway robbery etc.

3. Your advices for improving RolePlay level in organization.
   My goal will not be to fill my gang with lots of people, but to fill it with deserving people who are willing to do roleplay, and daring enough to bear the consequence of the roleplay. I will be recruiting guys with prior experience and i will not give second chances to those who fails to do proper roleplay. I've been playing for almost 2years now and roleplaying is one of the major concerns in the roleplay server. I will actively work on great quality roleplay. High command ranks will be given to the best roleplayers and with the right skillsets. I will strictly stick to the rule of the server and make sure my gang does it aswell.
   My goal is to make Families worth choosing over legal organisation just because of the quality of roleplay we will be doing, with planned crimes, well managed hostage situations and store robs and will organize the gang in such a way where every members stick together and care about each other, stay active, and basically the typical organized gang from any criminal webseries, I want to build a gang that leos will be scared because of our unity will allow us to give and take lives inorder to save our gang members!

Note: A Proper Team Plays major role in the gang (Explained in the given para below)

Hiring System: I will make a proper hiring system while giving rankings accordingly to the players that they deserve. Because I Believe In Quality Of Players Not Quantity Of Players. Hiring process will be slight complex that players need to pass where hiring squads were highly trained to get experienced members only in the gang.

Leading Deputys: I will make ( A Highly Experienced + Good Communication skills player ) that will handle the player concerns. Because deputy is a alternative place of leader that will assure everthing is going good in the absence of leader + in the presence of leader.

Bonus systems & Activity participation: The major problem that were rising rapidly is that Players were not attending the events & Activity were getting in downfall So in my term i will make a NEW SYSTEM called " Next Move " This system creates the weekly goals that were issued by me for the gang members to achieve maximum of them in a week where exlusive rewards & bonuses were given to the highest Goals achiever which builds excitness in the players for competing for bonuses that will solve the issue of participation.

Organising Events: Store rob & Fz raids were done rapidly. Capitol attacks, Turfer Teams achieve 100% Turf capture, Graffiti team achieve highest graffities in my term, Ghetto Coverage on top always.
