Reviewed Ban for ER 1.7 | Harry Marsh

Hello dear administration,

I played famwar on the 2025-10-07 against the extremes. We got disqualified from famwar because of this ban.

I got banned for this rule ER 1.7
1.7 All participants of all events under all spheres must record POV and hold it within 48 hours | 30 days ban

I provided pov and it got sent to Harry Marsh by Ash flawless on the same day and with in the time that u guys want the famwar povs to be sent in by.

Today this morning i saw that we got disqualified from famwar for my pov apparently (from Harry Marsh words himself)
1. pov was laggy
2. no ingame sound
3. Loud Music

Let me adress point number 1: Through out the entire pov i had around 100-160 fps so u can see the game clearly.
My pov had some minor stutters yes but its not bad enough so that u cant see my pov and what im doing ingame. You cant expect everyone to have perfect crisp 4k pov with no stutters. In that case like 50% of the server would not have valid pov. And there is nothing in the rules saying that u need to have 0 stutters in ur pov for it to be a valid pov.

Point number 2: I did indeed have game sound on at the time but just very low at the time since i had music on in the background
In this pov below u can go to 0:11 and listen very closely when i press use on the cocaine u will be able to hear the use sound of cocaine and with that proving that i have ingame sounds on. Also in the pov u can see me tabbing in and out of the game proving i dont use any cheats or other posible things that could give any advantage.

Point number 3: Yes i was playing loud music in my pov. U can clearly see in the pov that im tabbing out and looking at youtube and playing the music that i want to listen to.
I have played this on grand rp since the en1 server came out. I am id 76 hinting on that i have played this server for over 4 years now and i have never seen in any of the rules that u are not allowed to play music in ur pov. I have played over 25 famwars and i have played music in nearly every single one with no problems.

Music is fine as long as its not making other things inaudible, Pov is also not considered laggy so the only issue you currently have is the audio. Either you have no game sounds or your music was too loud it removed the game sounds, Not a single thing from the game can be heard while the music is being played, not footsteps, not gunfire, nothing.
