this CR was unintentional, I am in FIB and I was chasing down a stolen vehicle at this time, the car I was driving is absolutely terrible at turning and I did not mean to hit him, I apologize to the player for hitting him, it was on accident I was going to go back and apologize, but he was gone by the time I got back. plus... how is the administrator supposed to know if its intentional or not if the player is not looking behind him? please reverse this decision, thank you
