The War for Cayo Perico
Proposed event plan by Ladimir Venin

Why this event?

I think events that are inherently short and fun are just fine, but I’d like to bring something to the table that can create some IC lore and be a memorable event for all involved.


The Backstory

Los Santos gangs heard from one of their fellow members there is land out there which is not owned by anyone and they decided to claim the island and make their own Country which State of San Andreas sees as threat and they decided to take action before LS Gangs can develop their new country. The State of San Andreas decided to declare war with new born country of Cayo Perico and they decided to invade.


How it works

LEOS

There will be 5 tactical locations which LEOs need to take over while gangs tries to stop them.
On start of event gangs will already be on island setting up protection for tactical locations while LEOs are making plans on air craft carrier. LEOs will move from air craft carrier to island mainly with helicopters (NG will use cargobobs to move some vehicles) and they will land on Cayo Perico airfield. And LEOs would use boats. Tactical locations will be taken over when there is no gangs there. 1st tactical location would be airfield which will first need to be cleared by boat teams so aircrafts can land safely on airfield. Before LEOs start moving into island they will need to set up perimeter and wait for NG to bring vehicles (NG will bring 2 vehicles). 2nd tactical location will be north dock which can be attacked from multiple sides (including water side). After north dock next tactical location is main docks which can also be attacked from multiple sides. Before attacking final point which is mansion they will need to attack phone tower which is located North-East from mansion. After Phone tower they can move to Mansion. After they take over mansion they successfully took over the island.
LEOs teams at any point if they think they are not gonna win can pull out from mission by calling EVAC which will cause Gangs to win if all 5 LEO teams left island

GANGS
There will be 5 tactical locations which LEOs need to take over while gangs tries to stop them.
While LEOs are prepping on air craft carrier gangs will need to make plans they will be divided in 5 teams of 15 people which will be their gang.
Each team will hold one of tactical locations but if team fall under 5 people in numbers they can fall back and join other teams.
When all of LEOs are dead they officially won.


Win conditions
State win: Taking over all tactical locations
Gang win: Eliminate all LEOs from island

Required Vehicles
LEO Vehicles:
2 dinghy boats at Air Craft Carrier

Gang Vehicles:
(1 kind of car for each gang since they are on different positions)

1 squaddie
2 marryweather variant of Mesa jeep



RULES
This is FULL RP event which means people are supposed to use their radio, department chat, phones etc.
As this is FULL RP event anything what wouldnt happen IRL its strictly forbidden
Any non rp action, communication, driving, flying and more is strictly forbidden
No Heavy sniper
LMGs limited to 5 guys from Gangs and LEO


Gangs
Only Gangs are allowed to have only their HC or Leaders in same VC since they cant use same radio
Gangs must wear top and pants of their gang color
Only equipment from their armory + rev


LEOs
Must wear their closest uniforms
Only equipment from their armory + rev



State Roles
Since this is special military operation NG will take lead of this event and NG will assign everyone to their roles and jobs.
Role Requirements:
LEOs need 5 different teams
LEOs need to have Navy team who will arrive at island first and clear airfield so pilots can approach with aircrafts and they can bring sea support on docks fights.
LEOs need to have Airforce team who will be pilots who will bring them to island and be ready to do and EVAC operation on island if needed
LEOs need to have 3 Ground teams who will shoot and kill (in each ground team need to be specialized driver and 1-2 medics/combat medics)



Gang Roles
Gangs will be divided in 5 teams which are basically their gang
Each gang will have vehicles of their own and will hold one of tactical locations

This is map of Tactical Locations LEOs need to take over they dont have to take it over in this way or they dont have to go all togather thats something NG and other org HC will decide on how and when will they attack.
Each gang need to hold one of these positions they will decide that between them who will hold what.
