This player stole cars and some items, and after investigation, it was found that he took them without the captain's permission. This action violates Rule 6.22 (Family theft / Scam) — “It is forbidden to sell/buy family businesses or withdraw/deposit money on/from family balance without leader approval, as well as taking from warehouse or family cars.”
