Subject: FIB UC Power Abuse
Incident Summary:
An FIB Undercover (UC) officer entered our SAHP HQ without any prior permission and attempted to arrest an on-duty SAHP officer inside the HQ. I personally intervened and spoke with him, after which he released the officer. However, his conduct and misuse of FIB authority were completely unprofessional.
Details of Misconduct:
Entered SAHP HQ without authorization (Trespassing) — though this part is IC and can be handled ICly.
Attempted to arrest an on-duty SAHP officer inside HQ without proper coordination, which is unacceptable.
Misusing FIB UC power by using FIB vehicles to buy insurance for his personal vehicle, which is a clear case of power abuse.
Constantly showing unprofessional behavior and lack of inter-departmental respect.
Remarks:
While the trespassing issue can be resolved ICly, the power abuse and unprofessional behavior reflect poorly on FIB’s standards. Such misuse of undercover privileges should be reviewed seriously.
