Today (23.10.25) I was banned for targeting + illegal transfer in state by respected Admin Joey Marsh because of the
I want to explain my side regarding the ban for targeting and illegal transfers.
First, the forum complaint against me was posted after more than 8 days had passed since the events. When I made those transfer requests, I had bodycam proof that people wanted to transfer to NG, but I didn’t save the clips because more than 48 hours had passed. If allowed, I can also provide Discord messages where people asked me for transfer. The complaint only says 2-3 people denied asking for transfer where are the proofs of them saying, but what about the others? Why didn’t more people speak up if transfers were made wrongly?
I didn’t try to sabotage the government org. If I wanted to, I would have fired the agents directly, but I only **requested** transfers, which was on the leader of SANG who can approve or deny. At that time, I had roles and leadership in-game. Also my Curators that time was told about the requests which I did.
About the Capital Ground incident, I want to clarify that I don't know who were they , even we are all from different families in the game and don’t know each other well. We don’t talk or plan things together either IC (in-character) or OOC (out-of-character). When I was there, I was actually AFK because I was working on a poster for the Lifeinvader. I wasn’t causing trouble or doing anything suspicious.
When Louis (Governor) called my name, I quickly went back into the game, showed my passport to prove who I am, and told him that I needed a few more mins to finish my work before leaving. If you watch the last seconds of the video, you can see my left eye where I say this. Proof
I wasn’t trying to stay somewhere I shouldn’t, and I understood when Louis told me I couldn’t stay there. I was just finishing what I had to do also buy a gun license and then I left as asked.
I hope this clears up the misunderstanding about why I was at the Capital Ground.
Regarding the accusation that I said “cry baby,” I want to explain that the video shown is incomplete and edited. The audio of the person who recorded is missing, so you cannot hear full words. Also, I never mentioned who I was talking about; I didn’t call anyone by name or directly insult anyone in that way. The clip you saw is cut, so it doesn’t show the full context or what I actually meant.
Please consider the full video before coming to any conclusions about this.
