First of all sorry for this long POV, I would like to show all of the situation from begining to end.
Top note: My mic sounds like low but it is probably malfunction of my recording, during in game interactions it was loud and clear as other players reactions could be seen.
Today, me and my collagues had been spotted a criminal during an IC event. But as you can see in the POV, player with ID 117113 refuses to process a criminal without a valid reason. Further, he uses his radio to tell his units to not process the suspect. This is a very big dissappointment for us as this person is the Director of FIB. (Approved - Leader of FIB | Diaa Shalan)
