Rejected Admin banned

So, when I logged in to the game, I chose the hotel spawn point. when I spawned in, my character fell through the map and there is nothing I can do to get back up to the world as I was rag dolling all the way down. but when I closed the game and logged back it. I was issued a ban which I did not intentionally do.
