I want to promise you that I will not make this mistake again.
I hope you’re doing well. I'm reaching out regarding the permanent ban on my account.I want to clarify that I wasn't aware of the account sharing or security violations when I logged in after a long period of inactivity.I created my account when EN3 was first released, and played the game with my family for a while, but I haven't been active since. Recently, when I tried to log in again, I found my account had been banned.After a while, my Epic account and rockstar games account (and Riot account) were hacked,(I present the evidence to you) but after a while I recovered my epic account and rockstar account.I didn't share or trade my account, and I had no idea this would lead to a ban. I’m hoping you can consider the situation based on this context.I'm really enjoying playing this wonderful project of yours and want to tell you a few things. Please be fair. I've been enjoying your project since its launch. I want to let you know that I fell into a trap set by a friend. This friend was someone I'd played with on your project from the very beginning. I trusted him and shared my passwords and email address with him for some games.I use a single email address and password for all games and all social media platforms. As I said, I had to stay away from your project for a while. I had to fulfill my military service in the country I was in. During this time, my friend took control of all my accounts on your project and transferred them to himself. He even continued playing your project with my account for a while. He confessed all the facts to me. I trusted him and shared some of my information because he was my friend. But he took advantage of me and took over my accounts. I do not hesitate to present all the evidence to you, both visually and in writing. Please believe me and I ask you to act fairly. I want to say it again. I want to promise you that I will not make this mistake again.
