Rejected Rejection of Admin Application | Shisui UchihaXx

As you can see in this application, Admin have called this guy for an interview here even though we are both at the same level.
And he has rejected it saying that (Note: Do not spam applications) it even though I am not doing it. There is a difference of three or four days between this application and my old application. I am excited. You cannot understand my feeling to become an admin.
As you know, the application I gave you and my level are the same, so how can they reject me? Either you tell me the minimum level. so i can reapply

I know this complaint will also be rejected, but I have hope. and this is not fair
