I am providing the POV in which this player (ID 147237) committed Fail RP and PG.


Brief of the situation:
I was negotiating in a store robbery from the gang side. During that time, one of our members arrived, so my friend Albet and I went to him to ensure the LEOs didn’t arrest him. At timestamp 00:23, they cuffed me even though I was with my friend and we had a hostage as well. Then, at timestamp 03:25, the same LEO said he would cut my finger which is completely Fail RP.

so if u see the forum u can see that i caught there 1 guy and tell them that u need exchange or not , they said leave the hostage otherwise i will kill this guy and they are saying to our guy a UB demand and they also dont have the fear of their own guy also
