In my POV, I was outside the circle the entire time, and both LSPD and FIB were shooting at me from inside the store robbery circle.

In the POV it doesn’t show who shot you and secondly just because you enter the circle and see an LSPD or FIB name in it doesn’t mean anything Which organization started shooting at you And in the POV there’s no ID visible in it​
