Hello Higher up's as you can clearly see in POV provided we were in between of store and their FIB negotiator didn't show fear of hostage he clearly denied to move back and then while we were negotiating this another guy from LSPD start shooting for no reason at (1:25 and 1:30) and even after he keep aiming. We hope for justice and Thank you for your consideration.

No mass rulebreak seen, the only rulebreak is already punished by Rico above. If they dont want to keep 3 people at the front then they can refuse your request... Be more creative and think of a way to convince them maybe u can show mutual respect and get 3 guys from your gang at the front. However its fully up to you guys!
