Hello, Administrator.
I hope you are well. I have submitted a report against user 49458 for several rules he broke, as shown in the video. In the last few minutes, he insulted me and my friend, and he did not receive the necessary punishment. Also, in the middle of the video, he broke the rule regarding "involving religion," and he was not penalized for that either. I hope the Administrator will review the report.
