All in POV.. I was using a parking space to pull out my vehicles and this guy comes to the one I am using and sees me using it. He gets out and begins to use the same one I am when there are so many more empty ones around. I tell him I am using this one goodbye and he then starts asking me for my passport I tell him fuck off then he tries to give me his and I say no thank you.. then he pulls out another car so I called him a fucking Idiot (IC not OOC) and I go to another space then he runs me over with his car on purpose and then drives out in the street and hits another person as well.
