Hello, I was banned in my en2 account due to it being hacked. I received a ban in en3 as gr 1.1, but I did nothing in my en3 account. Even if my en3 account was hacked, I had no idea. I want to return to the game after a long time, but I have no chance to play again. I want to get back into the game.
