The issue is:
My friend and I were playing, and once we made a mistake — we attempted to scam someone. It was only an attempt, and it didn’t succeed at all.
That person reported us, and we received a 60-day ban.
We accepted it and left the game for about 60 days.
Then we ended up staying away from the game for almost a full year — from November 2024 until November 2025.
When I came back and contacted an admin to ask about my situation, he told me that I actually have a 27-year ban.
I asked him: “Do I really deserve to be banned from a game that I love and have played for 5 years — for 27 years — over something so small? It was only an attempt that didn’t even work.”
I love this game so much.
I have spent a lot of money on it, and I have many valuable items that mean a lot to me.
Getting banned for 27 years for something like this is unfair.
