What Happened:
I had planted 4 solar panels earlier, which take 5 hours to process. When I returned to check on them, both players (155315 and 14439) were hiding and camping above the solar panel location waiting for me. As soon as I came to my solar panels, they killed me with zero demands, zero RP, and no 5-second warning as required by Rule 6.15.
Because they killed me through RDM, they were able to stay in the area and steal/claim my solar panels once they finished processing. This is a rulebreak that directly caused the loss of my planted items. I was trying to scare them by speaking in my radio (WRONG RADIO T_T)

- Punishment for both players for RDM & non-RP actions
- Compensation for my 4 solar panels lost due to this rulebreak
- Admin review of their camping/abuse of legal job mechanics
