2.1



I’ve been around this org for a long time, seen how it works, seen when it goes strong and when it drops. I honestly feel like the org has a lot more potential if it gets proper direction. I want to lead because I know we can bring back proper discipline, activity, and the overall vibe the org used to have.



2.2



I’m someone who actually listens to the team. I’ve noticed many officers leave because nobody takes their issues seriously. I don’t want that. I prefer talking to people, solving things together, and making sure everyone feels involved instead of just being told what to do.



2.3



I want to bring something fresh—new activity ideas, better systems, and overall a cleaner, more active environment. My aim is simple: leave the org in a better state than how I found it.



3) Your advice for improving the RolePlay level in the organization



3.1



First thing is communication. If officers slow down a bit and talk properly instead of rushing, RP automatically feels better.



3.2



I’ll do small, quick practice sessions before patrols—just a few minutes to go over basics and procedures. Nothing long or boring, just enough to keep everyone ready.



3.3



I’ll focus on every time zone, especially night shift. Each shift will have active deputies to guide, support, and keep everything running smoothly.



3.4



To keep the org alive, we’ll do simple in-city stuff like proper checkpoints, traffic interactions, and small collab activities with other orgs.



3.5



People who work hard will be appreciated—bonuses, ranks, or even a simple mention. When someone feels valued, they naturally give better RP.
