HOW is he forum ban evader if his main forum account which is not banned created before" created onDec 23, 2023 " that forum account you post it "created on Apr 14, 2024 " which is banned .Maybe he was banned in main account then he did ban evade and got banned , then admin give him chance in main account . So this is not ban evading
