Was patrolling and some guy hits me, does recless driving and speeding so i tried to pull him over.
He didnt comply when i said step out, he told me he is heading to ghetto to kill people
So i tazed him. After i tazed him i tried putting him in cuffs but i got killed without any demands so 6.15​
