I want full POV from this person because the Uchiha family, who are UNOFFICIAL, entered from the restricted area.

and this was the pov which we have provided to him .
And stop this targeting ,because everyone know in the city which family got 4 warning for doing rules breaks in the city.
That's all I have to say in my defence.
