I did an Technical section forum with asking if i had more than 1 account on EN 3 and the answer was i have 1 account.

My account is my responsibility i understand but,
the mistake was on the admins end, who told me i have 1 account, instead of telling me i have 2.
I've provided proof of this above aswell, (oct 25) as and with this it seems unfair to wipe my entire account.
I'd like to know the following if possible:
I’d like clarification on what exactly will be wiped, entire account/money/items?
Will my twinks stay banned, and can i make new ones after the unban?
Could we do reduced time instead of a wipe, or an unban on my main and keep the twinks banned since it was a misunderstanding on both parts?

It's your responsibility to be aware of the accounts you made especially when using multiple social clubs. You can make new appeal agreeing to wipe.
