As you can see in my POV
Our FIB unit had a gang member as 10-15 and he was already placed inside the vehicle and then SAHP negotiator then suddenly claimed the gang wanted an exchange — even though their own negotiator never asked for an exchange. Despite knowing this, the SAHP officer still handed the gang member back and i feel its gr 6.4
