Explanation of the situation -:

So what happened was, i arrested their FIB guy for unlawful detention even though iam 100% confident that what charges i put on the 10-15 is correct and iam doing everything lawfully, so when i told them to fire him they were not doing it, even the guy who was cuffed detainee did professional misconduct at 0:25 by saying " are you fucking dumb? fuck off shut up" etc in front of the director and when i reached reception where we take jumpsuits at 04:15 the director saying delete the bodycam, delete the bodycam which is clear GR 6.4 from the leader, queen maryam also started saying at 01:45 " He is not guilty" even tho he did the professional misconduct infront of her (GR 6.4), even tho i asked her to fire the employee as he was really guilty infront of director as well as it is in the bodycam. she repeteadly denied to fire , as it is written in the legislation if the arresting officer wants to arrest a person then the decision is final, you have to respect the decision of the arresting officer and later on file a subpoena or arrest warrant on the arresting officer, due to this i called admin and i really accept my fault that iam calling admin for an IC situation my mind was really not working that time so i appologise for that, even tho when i was not uncuffing the 10-15 the director told me to uncuff and told their units to aim gun me and 2,3 units including Maryam pointed the taser on me for like 10 sec and kept saying leave him leave him leave him ( Fail RP) after some time at 22:58 she really said " go Fuck yourself " and started saying " Now arrest me u will arrest me now? arrest me" this is really provoking at this is really unacceptable for a leader to react like this to another leo in front of the public as sahp and fib both were there.

the fib agents were constantly provoking me as well, like saying "are u dumb", "who made u officer like" these stuff, but i think thats alright and not a big issue



I request higher ups to take necessary actions according to the situation

First of all, Stop Deceiving admins by giving them half the situation. Luckily, we saw the whole situation; there were two admins over there, and they told you to stop. I believe you didn't understand, so let me rephrase it here again.

1. Being a deputy of the org gives you privilege as a first person as per legislation (but that doesn't mean he can break the law).

2. He was detained for driving the wrong side of the road, not arrested, so that's not unlawful detention. But you still arrested the officer for doing his job, where is the unlawful detain here? it seems to me you still went ahead to satisfy your ego.

3. The admins clearly explain to you what the procedure is and do not involve the admins in an IC situation.

4. Leaders have the right to decline your request if the lawyer or judge is not available, and only they can ask him to fire him.
